Dean has written a number of children's mystery novels in the Bill the Warthog series ("Attack of the Mutant Fruit", "Quest for the Temple of Truth", "King Con" among them)from Legacy Press. His work has appeared in the San Francisco Chronicle, the Press Democrat, Christianity Today Online, Breakaway, Brio and now, triumphantly, Liberty Island. He is now experimenting with the wonderous world of self-publishing (kicking off with the Christian romance novel "He Saw, She Saw" at Smashwords.) He firmly believes that "The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension" is one of the finest films ever made.
